The labor law governing labor rules and regulations in the State of Florida gives employers the mandate and responsibility to post state and federal posting regulations in a place that is visible to workers in an organization, informing them about their rights regarding labor laws. Therefore apart from the state labor posters, it is important for a state to also have the federal labor law posters.
The Florida labor law Poster should be enforced by all parties in the workplace that is, the employer and employee for the employee’s benefits. The main reason for publishing and displaying these posters in the workplace is to ensure that employees are aware of their rights regarding their job and especially their own safety while working for their employers. Discrimination Notice
As with the Colorado labor poster, the Florida law prohibits any form of discrimination when it comes to hiring or treatment of employees in the workplace. Employees therefore shall not be discriminated against on the basis of race, gender, age, handicap or marital status.

Worker's Compensation Insurance
The employer who receives the workers’ compensation will be required to post in a conspicuous place a notice which carries the Employer’s Insurance carrier details, anti-fraud statement and the date that the policy expires.
Unemployment Insurance
As with the Colorado labor Law Posters requirements, the employee here will receive contributions if he/she is eligible, after termination of his/her employment. The previous employer, in such a case will contribute to a Trust fund for the benefit of the said employee.
All unemployment tax payments will be deposited with Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund for making payments to eligible claimants. Thus, payments made by the employer will be treated as a cost to the business.
