Apart from the compulsory federal labor laws posters that apply to all the states, there are similar states labor laws posters that are common to some of the states. Though all the states are bound to share a lot of similarities in the labor laws posters due to the fact of life that each community have need for the same basic needs of life, which is also true in respect of labor laws. The differences in the nature, class, culture, and views and orientation of different communities and states are bound to be reflected in different individual states labor law posters.
